We offer extended hours on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Friday’s from 7:30 am – 6 pm , and on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s the clinic is open from 8 am until 5 pm .
Summit ’s Catoosa clinic is fully equipped with two treatment rooms and a spacious gym and is handicap accessible.
