SUMMIT has 3 locations to better serve the residents of Rogers County.

• The Claremore facility is a 6500 sq. foot facility with an on-site aquatic therapy pool. It is the only outpatient facility in Rogers County that offers pool therapy.
• The Catoosa facility is conveniently located on Route 66 in the Paramount Plaza and serves people from Catoosa, Verdigris, SE Owasso, and East Tulsa.
• Summit Pediatric Therapies is the only full service, outpatient rehabilitation facility in Rogers County that provides therapy for infants to children 18 years of age. It is located in Claremore near the high school football field on Sioux.

SUMMIT Physical Therapy & Rehab offers programs for work injury, orthopedic rehab, neurological/stroke rehab, sports rehab, back and neck therapy, occupational/hand therapy, aquatic therapy, pediatrics, school-based therapy, speech therapy, and home health physical therapy and occupational therapy.

Patients and therapists work together to establish goals which are challenging, yet achievable, to maximize functional outcomes. Home exercise programs are implemented as well to promote healing, recovery and prevent future recurrences.

Our Claremore facility has 6,500 sq. ft. of space, covered drive-through entrance, handicap accessibility, and spacious parking for the convenience of our patients. We offer physical therapy, occupational/hand therapy, speech therapy, work conditioning, sports rehab, aquatic therapy, neurological rehab and other services.

This 2,000 sq. ft. facility is fully-equipped with two treatment rooms and a spacious gym, and is handicap accessible. The clinic offers a full range of treatment services for people suffering from neurological conditions, sports related injuries, orthopedic problems, balance and gait abnormalities, and spinal dysfunction, among others.

Summit Pediatric Therapies is the only pediatric therapy facility in Rogers County providing physical, occupational and speech therapy services for infants through 18 years of age in a kid-friendly environment.

The facilities include a fine motor / speech room, sensory room, orthotic casting room, vestibular room and a well-equipped gym.
