Summit Physical Therapy & Rehab offers patients of Rogers County three locations. Our Claremore clinic includes the adult and pediatric clinics combined, and two other locations in Catoosa and Pryor to serve patients of N.E. Oklahoma.

Our Claremore facility has 10,500 sq. ft. of space, covered drive-through entrance, handicap accessibility, and spacious parking for the convenience of our patients. We offer physical therapy, occupational/hand therapy, speech therapy, work conditioning, sports rehab, aquatic therapy, neurological rehab and more. The Catoosa facility is located on Route 66 in the Paramount Plaza and serves patients from Verdigris , Catoosa, south east Owasso, Inola and East Tulsa areas. To contact this facility, please call 918-266-6200.

The newest facility is located in Pryor off of Hwy 69 in the Pryor Plaza. This 4,000 sq. foot clinic offers spacious treatment rooms and a large gym with an unloading device that helps patients recover quicker and stronger. For more information contact the Pryor facility at 918-824-4500.
