Our commitment to quality service and individualized attention will help facilitate your recovery in a way that is positive and enjoyable! Our therapists are dedicated to providing each patient with an individualized treatment that will quickly, and effectively improve your current condition.

INITIAL EVALUATION:

Your initial evaluation will last approximately one hour. It will focus on a comprehensive evaluation and assessment of your condition. The data gathered will enable your therapist to provide more individualized treatment and to communicate more effectively with your physician.

THERAPY VISITS:

Each additional visit will last anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on your individual diagnosis and rehab program. If your treatment requires, we will provide you with a standard gown or gym shorts. For most treatment sessions you may bring your own gym clothes in order to be more comfortable.

INSURANCE COVERAGE:

Prior to your initial visit, our front office coordinator will gather your insurance information and verify your individual coverage. A thorough explanation of your benefits will be given to you before physical therapy is initiated.

OFFICE HOURS:

We offer extended hours on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7:30 am to 6:30 pm and on Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm . In order to insure times that fit into your schedule we recommend that you fully schedule your appointments as prescribed by your physician at the first visit.

CANCELLATIONS:

Kindly provide 24 hours advance notice for any cancellations, however we will be flexible in altering treatment times as needed.
